Grounded Knot Rooted began as Grounded Not Rooted, a travel blog born from my love of adventure and movement. When life eventually led me back home to San Diego, the “Knot” came to life—sparked by my growing passion for macramé.

What started with handmade keychains has since blossomed into a thoughtfully curated shop celebrating creativity, connection, and play. Every macramé piece is handmade with love using 100% recycled cotton yarn, blending sustainability with style and soul.
